It has been shown that CerS2 is twofold highly expressed at the top of colon crypts in comparison to crypt bottom epithelial cells (Fig. 2B), but it must be checked if the effect of CerS2 on \documentclass[12pt]{minimal}\usepackage{amsmath}\usepackage{wasysym}\usepackage{amsfonts}\usepackage{amssymb}\usepackage{amsbsy}\usepackage{mathrsfs}\usepackage{upgreek}\setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt}\begin{document}$$\beta$$\end{document}β-catenin signalling observed in prostate cancer cells also plays a role in colon crypts and if phosphorylation differences in CerS2 are involved. This evidence concerns the gene CERS2 and prostate carcinoma.
