Here, we found that knockdown of LRRFIP1 in pancreatic cancer cells downregulated the protein levels of p-AKT, p-GSK-3β, and β-catenin, which suggests that knockdown of LRRFIP1 inhibited the proliferation and migration via dampening the activation of AKT/GSK-3β/β-catenin signaling in pancreatic cancer cells. Here, GSK3B is linked to pancreatic neoplasm.
