Five studies, namely, IP‐1 PROSTAGRAM, PRECISION, the 4M study, STHLM3‐MRI, and MRI‐FIRST, defined clinically significant prostate cancer as Gleason grade ≥3 + 4, whereas BIDOC defined significance as Gleason score of ≥4 + 3 or maximum cancer‐core length greater than 50% with a Gleason score of 3 + 4. This evidence concerns the gene IKBKG and prostate cancer.
