HLA-C and neoplasm: Based on the described data, we developed a machine learning model, named IMPROVE, that integrates i) the neopeptide sequence; ii) neopeptide-derived features such as their physicochemical properties, the source mutation qualities, the likelihood of antigen presentation, and T-cell propensity; and iii) patient-specific tumor-derived features, including MHC expression in tumor cells, the cytolytic activity (CYT), and the different cell populations that constitute the TME.
