Multivariable analysis showed an independent association between high IDO1 and high PD-L1, high CXCL10, high STAT1, and between high IDO1 and ovarian and uterine cancers; tumors in men were significantly associated with lower IDO1 levels (all multivariable p values <0.05, Table 1). The gene discussed is CXCL10; the disease is uterine cancer.
