Furthermore, we compared the proposed TIDE-based method with previously published predictive immunotherapy biomarkers (including MSI, TMB, neoantigen load, PD-1, PD-L1, CTLA-4, and TIDE score) and existing BC classification methods (including IPS, Immune Phenotype, IC, TC, Lund2, and TCGA Subtype).
