ATP6V0D1 and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma: Chen et al. found that ATP6V0D1-mediated inhibition of the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) increases alkaliptosis in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells and a high expression of ATP6V0D1 correlates with prolonged survival of patients with this carcinoma [41].
