T, B and natural killer lymphocytes contribute to MS pathology, but the exact interplay between these classes of lymphocytes as well as between different T (i.e., CD4+, CD8+, CD3+CD20+ and regulatory T cells) and B (naïve and memory B cells and naïve and memory B regulatory) subsets is not completely unveiled yet [2].
