We found that GYS mainly interfered with mastitis through the PI3K-Akt signal pathway [57], the MAPK pathway [56], the TNF signaling [58], the AGE-RAGE pathway, and the fluid-shear stress and atherosclerosis pathways, which are closely related to the reported pathology of mastitis [59, 60]. The gene discussed is RENBP; the disease is atherosclerosis.
