NFKB1 and irritable bowel syndrome: KEGG and GO enrichment analysis also identified additional pathways potentially associated with SYNC’s treatment of IBS, such as the IL-17 signaling pathway, NF-κB signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, NOD-like receptor signaling pathway, and MAPK signaling pathway, all of which are associated with the alleviation of low-grade inflammation and reduction of symptoms associated with IBS by SYNC.
