Some studies have confirmed the presence of dense TLSs and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in clear cell renal cell carcinoma and demonstrated the oncogenic role of CXCL13 expression in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (40), and Hsieh analyzed the disease-free survival of 794 breast cancer patients (Disease-Free Survival, DFS) in 794 breast cancer patients and the clinical correlation between CXCL13 showed that CXCL13 expression was positively correlated with DFS in breast cancer patients, especially in the HER2 group. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL13 and clear cell renal carcinoma.
