Analysis of ISH and immunohistochemistry (IHC) showed that the expression of PSCA protein and mRNA in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and low-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) is weak or not expressed, but has a very high expression in high-grade form (HGPIN) [46]. Here, PSCA is linked to prostate intraepithelial neoplasia.
