Among the importance of predictor variables for end-stage KOA comorbidity, anxiety was the most important with a value of 1.0, followed by obesity (0.81), ultrasensitive C-reactive protein (0.70), depression (0.66), blood sedimentation (0.59), BMI (0.58) and rheumatoid arthritis (0.54) (Fig. 4). This evidence concerns the gene CRP and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
