The results of multivariate analysis suggested that tumor size (HR = 1.080, 95% CI:1.043–1.118, P < 0.001), tumor differentiation (HR = 1.345, 95% CI:1.010–1.789, P = 0.042), MVI (HR = 1.756, 95% CI:1.304–2.365, P < 0.001), satellite lesions (HR = 2.350, 95% CI:1.682–3.284), PT (HR = 1.151, 95% CI:1.005–1.317, P = 0.042), AFP (HR = 1.497, 95% CI:1.138–1.971, P = 0.004), and elevated AST (HR = 1.513, 95% CI:1.128–2.028, P = 0.006) were independent risk factors of OS.
