Previous studies have attempted to define a cut-off point for pre-treatment AMH7 or introduce a nomogram12 to foresee ovarian reserve and fertility status after BC management; however, clinicians are far from reaching a consensus on this matter, and targeted studies are needed to approach this concern.7,13 Therefore, a study was conducted to find a specific level of pre-treatment AMH and a combination model consisting of the patient’s features and AMH to predict and determine which patients need to undergo fertility preservation interventions. This evidence concerns the gene AMH and breast cancer.
