Among the classical mutations of the driver genes in 55 patients, 18 were JAK2V617F and 1 was JAK2 Exon12 in PV; 9 were JAK2V617F, 4 were CALR exon9 and 2 were MPL W515L in ET; 5 were JAK2V617F and 1 was CALR Exon9 in Pre‐PMF; in Overt‐PMF, 13 were JAK2V617F, 1 was CALR Exon9 and 1 was MPL S505N (Figure S1). This evidence concerns the gene JAK2 and essential thrombocythemia.
