IGHE and eosinophilic esophagitis: Most of the respondents in the survey stated that they have not used any biomarkers to identify EoE. However, one respondent mentioned the use of ECP as a biomarker, and another respondent mentioned the use of IL25 and IL44 as potential biomarkers for EoE. Additionally, eosinophils and total IgE in atopic patients were mentioned as potential biomarkers for EoE. Overall, the use of biomarkers for identifying EoE appeared to be limited among the respondents, with only a few specific biomarkers being mentioned
