ARF5 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Through WGCNA analysis and GSEA analysis, our study also confirmed that in HCC, the signal pathways enriched by the gene co-expression network related to ARF5 expression are basically ribosome composition, mitochondrial intima and material transport, suggesting that ARF5 provides the required energy and material in the process of malignant transformation of hepatocytes and plays an important role in the progression of HCC.
