The number of invaded cells into the lower chamber was obviously reduced to 52.62% and 36.87% in the R@MMSNs-P group for the migration and invasion assays, respectively, which further reduced to 32.13% and 21.22%, respectively, in the GR@MMSNs-P group, illustrating the essential roles of anti-Twist siRNA and synergistic intracellular ROS in inhibiting tumor invasion and metastasis. Here, TWIST1 is linked to neoplasm.
