Six of the remaining lncRNAs have been described in different types of cancer (LINC01220, CYTOR, LINC00910, LINC00511, PURPL, and MZF1-AS1), one with macrophage polarisation (MIR222HG), and five of these lncRNAs could be associated with cardiovascular disorders (CVDs), mainly with SMC proliferation, migration, apoptosis, and phenotypic switch (NEAT1, XIST, MIR100HG, HIF1A-AS3, and MIR29B2CHG) (Table 3). The gene discussed is PURPL; the disease is cardiovascular disorder.
