We found that FBXL8 overexpression (MI-F8) significantly improved cardiac function post-MI, demonstrated as a higher left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and Fractional shortening (FS) and a smaller left ventricular internal diameter diastolic (LVIDd) and left ventricular internal diameter systolic(LVIDs) (Fig. 7B–F). Here, FBXL8 is linked to myocardial infarction.
