CDK4 and neoplasm: Although the nuclear expression of CDK4 did not show an association with the clinicopathological parameters (Supplementary Table S4), high cytoplasmic expression of CDK4 showed a significant association with serous carcinoma (adjusted p value < 0.0001), a high tumour grade (adjusted p value < 0.0001), stage 3 tumours (adjusted p = 0.003) and residual tumours after surgery (adjusted p value =0.036) (Supplementary Table S5).
