Indeed, HER2 status was the most powerful over 5 years (p = 0.002, HR = 3.9, CI 1.62–9.4) and 30 years’ follow-up of breast cancer specific survival (p = 0.0006, HR = 2.88, CI 1.58–5.26), which is to be expected given the historic nature of our cohort, which pre-dates anti-HER2 therapies.
