In the case of patients belonging to the Luminal A (n = 9), Luminal B (n = 10), and HER2+ (n = 11) subtypes, we recorded a p53 mutant status in 13 cases, and a p53 wildtype status in 17 cases, without a statistically significant impact of the p53 status on the tumor response rate to NAC (p = 0.325). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and neoplasm.
