Our analysis led to the selection of three modules highly correlated with coding genes involved in key biological pathways and processes, including Rho (A, B, C) GTPase and/or Rho GTPase regulation, apoptosis, positive regulation of I-kappaB kinase/NF-kappaB signaling, NLRP3 inflammasome complex assembly, cell adhesion, cell migration, cell–extracellular matrix interactions, metabolism, lipid metabolism, interleukin (4, 12, and 13), phosphatidylinositol, and RAS signaling pathways, and signaling pathways associated with cancer. The gene discussed is RHO; the disease is cancer.
