CD40LG and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: The histological features (HHV8+, EBV-, IgM+, Lambda+, MCD+), integrated with the molecular findings (monoclonal IGH, SHM+, <i>KMT2D</i> mutated), supported the diagnosis of a monoclonal HHV8+ microlymphoma, with features intermediate between an incipient HHV8+ DLBCL and an EBV-negative ECPEL highlighting the challenges in the accurate classification of HHV8-driven lymphoid proliferations.
