PRTN3 and dysplasia: In summary, a significant body of evidence links many of the stool glycoproteins potentially carrying the T-antigen identified in this study (HPX, C9, LGALS4, AZU1, PRTN3, IGHG2, HPT, A2MG, CATA) to high-grade dysplasia lesions and/or CRC, providing grounds for their exploitation in the context of stool-related disease detection and improving colorectal risk assessment.
