Among cancer and precancerous lesions glycoproteins, we further highlight seven glycoproteins found in high-grade dysplasia as well as cancer (IGHG1, CPA2, MYH2, AZU1, PRTN3, CA1, SMPDL3B), holding potential for non-invasive detection of aggressive traits (Figure 4c; Supplementary Table S7). The gene discussed is PRTN3; the disease is cancer.
