High levels of LRRC15 mRNA were observed in multiple tumor samples, including breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA) (all molecular subtypes), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), head and neck cancer (HNSC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PRAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), when compared to their adjacent normal tissues. This evidence concerns the gene LRRC15 and prostate adenocarcinoma.
