CD8A and neoplasm: Remarkably, despite the detection of two distinct subtypes in the tumor, the surrounding nontumorous tissue showed a similar pattern in both the immune-high (Figure 4) and the immune-low subtypes (Figure 5), with extensive immune-cell infiltration (CD3, CD8, and CD20) both in the perilesional area and at the edge of the liver, as shown in a representative case for each subtype (Figure S3A,B).
