Recently, both in the latest WHO-HAEM5 revision and in the ICC (International Consensus Classification), it has been considered to include only cases with MYC and BCL2 rearrangements within DH lymphomas, with or without additional rearrangements of BCL6, thus excluding lymphomas with rearrangements of only MYC and BCL6 [1,2]. The gene discussed is MYC; the disease is intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
