In our study, we designed and conducted rescue experiments and showed that overexpression of ZEB2 can partially reverse the decrease of N-cadherin and Vimentin expression caused by overexpression of miR-1238, as well as the increase of E-cadherin expression, suggesting that ZEB2 induces EMT by inhibiting the expression of E-cadherin and promoting the expression of N-cadherin and Vimentin in NSCLC. The gene discussed is VIM; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
