The levels of CSF sCD27 correlated significantly to the number of CD27+ (Fig. 5G, ****p < 0.0001) and CD3 + T cells (Fig. 5H, ****p < 0.0001) (cells/mm2), but not with CD20 + cells (Fig. 5I, p = 0.06) counted in the same MS cases. This evidence concerns the gene CSF2 and myeloid sarcoma.
