In our previous study [20], we introduced the Non-Invasive Apoptosis Detection Sensor (NIADS), a platform designed for the rapid detection of apoptosis through quantification of caspase-3 activity in various cancer cells treated with histone deacetylation inhibitors (HDACi), including breast cancer, leukemia, and thyroid cancer cells [21,25].
