The participants with prodromal AD in the NHS were, on average, less cognitively impaired with a lower tau burden than the Tauriel participants, particularly in the MT region, with an SUVR of 1.37 (95% CI [1.31, 1.46]) and 1.50 (95% CI [1.45, 1.56]), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene MAPT and Alzheimer disease.
