We specifically designed these panels to study immune checkpoints and stromal cells in the TME, or simply expand the number of immune cell markers, thereby enabling the detection of eosinophils, memory/effector T cells, c-Kit expressing cells (i.e., cancer cells/blasts when examining the peripheral blood, or hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) in the bone marrow/spleen), and immune checkpoint markers (Figure 5A).
