The wald ratio analysis demonstrated that employing the Her2+ BC subtype as an exposure factor (OR=0.822, 95% CI: 0.679-0.995, P=0.044, FDR=0.059) results in a 0.822-fold reduction in the risk of psoriasis development when compared to the general population (Supplementary Table S7; Supplementary Figure S5). The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is psoriasis.
