DSCAM-AS1 and neoplasm: As shown in Table 1, according to the average expression of DSCA-AS1, 113 prostate cancer patients participating in the study were divided into the low-DSCA-AS1 and the high-DSCA-AS1, and clinical data of patients were statistically collected, which included DSCAM-AS1 expression, age, tumor size, AJCC stage, differentiation, lymph node metastasis, Gleason score, PSA, etc. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the clinical characteristics of patients in the high and low DSCAM-AS1 expression groups (p < 0.01), except for age (p = 0.269) and differentiation (p = 0.105).
