MIR100HG and neoplasm: By analyzing the correlation between MIR100HG levels and different clinicopathological characteristics (age, gender, TNM stage, tumor size, and lymph node metastasis [LNM]), we found that high MIR100HG expression was associated with late TNM stage and the presence of LNM, but not with age, gender, and tumor size of lung cancer patients (Table 1 and Figure 1B,C).
