The results revealed that NR4A1 (Fig. 7D, AUC = 0.851), PPP2R2A (Fig. 7E, AUC = 0.836), P4HA1 (Fig. 7F, AUC = 0.854), TUBB6 (Fig. 7G, AUC = 0.741), DUSP1 (Fig. 7H, AUC = 0.806), and NAMPT (Fig. 7I, AUC = 0.763) each demonstrated a certain degree of accuracy in diagnosing NAFLD occurrence, suggesting that these six genes have the potential to be diagnostic biomarkers of NAFLD.
