IL1B and cerebral infarction: Compared with the model group, AST-IV significantly reduced the neurological function deficit score, cerebral infarct volume, and the protein levels of NLRP3, Caspase-1, pro-IL-1β, IL-1β, pro-IL-18, and IL-18 in brain tissue, and inhibited the expression of phosphorylated NF-κB protein.
