Clinical experience with CAR T-cell therapy has been generally successful, mainly in hematological malignancies, with the development of anti-CD19 CAR treatments such as Kymriah, Yescarta, Breyanzi, and Tecartus, all approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and hematologic disorder.
