The percentage of virus-specific CD8 T cells (CMV, EBV, and measles combined), to which no peripheral tolerance exists, showed opposite trends compared to autoreactive T cells, decreasing 3 months after ICI treatment and further decreasing after 15 months along with a decline of total CD8 T cells (18%, 15%, and 12% of PBMC, respectively; Figure 1).
