The TIMER analysis revealed that TNFSF11 was highly expressed in various tumor types, including breast carcinoma (BRCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), head-neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). Here, TNFSF11 is linked to invasive breast carcinoma.
