Therefore, this study aimed to determine the expression and alterations of EPPK1 in various cancer types, evaluate its association with clinical outcomes in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and elucidate the functional role of EPPK1 and the genomic alterations that occur following EPPK1 knockout (KO) in lung cancer cells.
