In contrast, MDS seems to have more protective and risk factors for this study, corresponding to 11 (including 3 of HLA-A, 2 of HLA-B, 3 of HLA-C, 2 of HLA-DRB1, and 1 of HLA-DQB1) and 14 (including 5 of HLA-B, 3 of HLA-C, 3 of HLA-A, 2 of HLA-DRB1, and 1 of HLA-DQB1) alleles. Here, HLA-A is linked to myelodysplastic syndrome.
