LIM and SH3 protein 1 (LASP1) is a multifunctional cytoskeletal protein that modulates cell growth, migration, signal transduction, and invasion by interacting with its binding partners to facilitate the progression of cancers (Hu et al., 2017; Butt and Raman, 2018), including breast, colorectal, and bladder cancers. Here, LASP1 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
