To further elucidate the underlying mechanism of the involvement of PI3K/AKT signaling in NCAPH-mediated tumorigenesis of glioma, rescue experiments were used to prove that whether in NCAPH knockdown group, transient overexpression of PIK3CA virus could effectively rescue the proliferation, migration, and invasion ability of glioma cells. The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is glioma.
