Among the cohort of 27 individuals exhibiting abnormal thyroid hormone profiles, it was observed that 16 patients (59.3%) presented with euthyroid sick syndrome, five patients (18.5%) displayed subclinical hypothyroidism, four patients (14.8%) exhibited subclinical hyperthyroidism, and two patients (7.4%) manifested low fT4 levels with normal fT3 and TSH levels.
