RBMX and lung adenocarcinoma: Some studies have also shown that RBMX/L1 acts by directly regulating the CBX5 transcription [106], while the tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistant lung adenocarcinoma cell line [107] shows a decrease in CBX5 expression [108], suggesting that CBX5 plays a part in drug sensitivity and indirectly suggesting that RBMX/L1 may play a role in drug sensitivity.
