Figure 2c shows the number of target mRNAs associated with each of the top 11 enriched phrases (P < 0.05) in the three GO categories (biological processes, cellular components, and molecular functions) The results suggest that the target mRNAs were mostly enriched in “regulation of cell proliferation,” “negative regulation of apoptosis,” and “transcription.” Additionally, KEGG pathway analysis revealed that the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and cancer development-related pathways were the most important (Figure 2b).
